 Lake Lenwood is a private 20-acre, spring-fed glacial lake, offering the finest in swimming and fishing. Whether you’re casting a fishing line, jumping in for a swim, or sitting back and gazing out at the view, there’s something here for everyone. Come enjoy the lake for the day or during your stay while camping — and feel truly at peace.

 Soak up the sunshine, make a big splash off the pier and diving board or splash around at the kiddie beach. Swim out to our floating raft, enjoy water basketball, or bring your sand toys. When it’s time to relax, enjoy our picnic area with plenty of shady spots, picnic tables, grills, pickleball court, and a complete playground—perfect for a full day of lakeside fun for all ages.

 You'll love fishing at Lake Lenwood. Rent a rowboat for a few hours, fish from shore, or drop a line off our fishing pier. Our lake is 50' deep and stocked with great catches like bass, northern pike, bluegill, perch (and more!), making it perfect for all fishing experiences. Bait is available in the office. Wisconsin fishing license is not required. Catch and release only.

HOW TO GET HERE

Lake Lenwood is located just outside the city of West Bend, which is in the heart of the Kettle Moraine and only 35 minutes North of Milwaukee.

Take U.S. Highway 45 to Highway D. Exit 73. East on Hwy D about 1 mile to Highway 144 North (1st stop light). Take Highway 144 North 1 mile. After Lakeridge Ct., turn right onto Wallace Lake Road and go approximately 300 feet. Turn right on Lenwood Drive and head to office. 


From Hwy. I-43: Hwy 33 West approximately 12 miles to Trenton Road, North 1.5 miles to Wallace Lake Road, West 1.2 miles to Lenwood Dr. Turn Left on Lenwood Drive and head to office.

The admission fee includes parking, swimming, sandy beach, slide, pier with diving board, raft, water basketball, grassy and shaded picnic area with tables and grills, fishing pier, complete playground with play system, pickleball court, ga-ga ball, and the enclosed 20' high spiral slide "The Tower".

What is Included in the Admission Fee?

Absolutely! If bringing inflatables, make sure they are no bigger than a single-size air mattress. Inflatable boats are not allowed. We have an air pump to use for your convenience.

We sure do! Recreational boats for rent by the half hour include: kayaks, hydro-bikes, paddle boats and canoes. We also rent row boats for fishing for a few hours at a time. All boat rentals come with life preservers. Inner tubes are rented by the hour and are to be used in our swimming area.

Yes, feel free to bring in any food or drinks. Please keep glass at home. Pop-up canopy tents are allowed, but cannot have sides. Portable tables are fine. Feel free to bring coolers and charcoal for our grills.

Yes, there are! We have yummy treats like ice cream, candy and chips as well as basic items like sand toys, sunscreen, merchandise, fishing supplies, charcoal, ice and other odds and ends. Bait is also for sale.

Are There Items Available for Purchase in the Office?

Daily admission guests cannot bring pets, boats or paddle boards. Pets are not allowed anywhere on the beach or picnic area, even if you are camping here with them.
